To maintain our Structural Series standards, we avoid mass-production. We produce in small, intentional batches. This allows us to oversee the craftsmanship of every 300gsm garment and ensure zero-waste production.

When you order, you aren't just buying stock; you are securing a piece of an exclusive production run engineered for longevity.

As we prioritize craftsmanship over volume, production timelines are as follows:

• Apparel & Headwear: 5–10 working days
• Textile Items (Cushion Covers / Bandanas): 7–14 working days

Note: These timelines refer to the crafting period in our studio and exclude delivery transit time.

The Structural Series is our internal standard for durability and engineered weight.

We use heavyweight fabrics — including our PW-01-0300 300gsm cotton/poly blend — alongside technical weaves like Satin, Tweed, and Poly-Weave. These are selected to maintain shape, resist sagging, and preserve structural form over years of wear.

• South Africa: R150 flat rate
• Lesotho: R250 via Sky266 Relay
• Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over R1200.00 (SA & Lesotho).

All orders originate from the LS–ZA AXIS (Lesotho–South Africa production corridor).

1. Your order is shipped from our hub to the Ladybrand Hub (South Africa).
2. Consolidated border declaration documentation is processed.
3. Sky266 notifies you via Call/WhatsApp when your parcel is ready for collection in Lesotho.

Note: Revenue Services Lesotho (RSL) may apply a 15% VAT assessment at collection, as per local import law.

• South Africa: 3–5 business days
• Lesotho: 7–10 business days (includes border processing)

Tracking details are emailed once your order moves from Production to Dispatched status.

Due to our batch-production model, returns are limited to structural defects or verified manufacturing errors.

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear photographic evidence. Approved cases will be repaired, replaced, or credited. Please consult our Size Guide carefully before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.
