PAGAWEAR Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy is structured to comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) delivery obligations while allowing flexibility for our made-to-order design model.

1. Production & Processing Times

Unlike mass-retail, PAGAWEAR crafts items specifically for your order.

  • Apparel & Headwear: 5–10 working days.

  • Textile Artefacts (Cushion Covers/Bandanas): 7–14 working days.

  • Ready-Made Items: Processed within 2–5 business days.

⚠️ Important: Processing/Production time is the "crafting period" and is separate from courier transit time.

2. Shipping Rates & The LS-ZA Axis

We facilitate delivery across the South Africa–Lesotho corridor with a focus on fair pricing.

  • South Africa: R150.00 flat rate.

  • Lesotho (Sky266 Relay): R250.00 flat rate.

  • Free Shipping: All orders over R1200.00 within South Africa and Lesotho qualify for free delivery.

3. Lesotho Relay & Border Procedures

To ensure affordable cross-border delivery, Lesotho orders are processed via the Sky266 Relay:

  • Consolidation: Orders may be held for 5–10 business days to be processed as a consolidated batch for border clearing.

  • Notification: Sky266 will notify the recipient via Call, WhatsApp, or Email once the parcel is ready for collection at the designated depot.

  • RSL VAT: In accordance with local law, Revenue Services Lesotho (RSL) may apply a 15% VAT assessment payable by the customer upon collection. PAGAWEAR is not responsible for these statutory border charges.

4. Delivery Timeframes (Post-Dispatch)

Once your order has been crafted and dispatched:

  • South Africa: 2–5 business days.

  • Lesotho: 7–10 business days (includes border processing and relay).

  • Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

5. CPA Delivery Compliance

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act:

  • If we cannot deliver within the stated timeframe, we will notify you promptly.

  • You reserve the right to cancel the order only if we fail to deliver within the agreed-upon extended timeframe after notification has been provided.

  • PAGAWEAR is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs inspections, or public holidays, though we will assist in resolving any logistics issues.

6. Tracking & Communication

An automated tracking notification will be emailed once your order clears our structural inspection and is dispatched. For Lesotho orders, tracking monitors the journey to the Ladybrand Hub.
