Refund policy

This policy is aligned with Section 20 of the South African Consumer Protection Act.

Standard Returns (Ready-Made Items Only)

Customers may return non-customised, ready-made items within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • The item is in resale condition

Made-to-Order & Custom Items (IMPORTANT)

Made-to-order, custom, personalised, or print-on-demand items are NOT eligible for refunds or returns, except where:

  • The item is defective
  • The item does not match the confirmed order specifications

This is permitted under the CPA, as these items are produced specifically at the customer’s request.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email info@pagawear.com with your order number and clear photos

We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, as required by the CPA.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
